This was an excellent short story. I wish it had been longer. The ending was sad and strangely haunting. Yep, I'd recommend this story and author.
I enjoyed the way in which this was written. The way it was worded really made me feel like I could have been there. It was done in such a way that it left some things to my imagination, which is always refreshing to me. The story is very good for being short but it really had no need of being any longer. Would recommend.
